You’ll continue to accept payment in person in whatever form you choose, unless the client books via the VIP Online Scheduling system and pays in advance.

We require new clients to make an initial call to us to set them up as a client with your business. They are then welcome to speak with us directly by phone to book your services in the future, or they may text us if they prefer.

Your regulars will also have round-the-clock access to our VIP online booking system, which requires them to pay at the time of booking, thus providing extra security for you.

We also deal with cancellations and reschedules according to your preferences, and make sure your most loyal and profitable clients get priority scheduling.

Should you prefer not to see a client again, we will make sure they no longer have access to your services. It’s as simple as that.

Clients are welcome to call or text anytime between the hours of 8am-3pm. After that, returning clients are welcome to book for the following day or in advance via our VIP Online Booking 24/7.

Appts booked online are paid for in advance, so as our client, your valuable time is always protected.
